Via Montebianco is located on the hill of Castiglione della Pescaia, 600 m from the historic center and 1 km from the beach. The Villa is flanked by other villas and enjoys all the limits of privacy to feel comfortable both inside and outside the house.
The Villa was built in the 90s as a family residence, subsequently transformed into a residence open to anyone who wishes to spend their holidays there, or rather to fulfill a dream with a sea view.
The terrace dominates the house, which extends the entire length of the villa, where you can comfortably lie down to sunbathe, organize romantic candlelit dinners or enjoy a local wine at sunset.
Ogni arredamento è stato scelto e ideato per poter essere in sintonia con il mare e la struttura architettonica della casa.
